Week of April 18-22

I hope you all had a great extra day with your child.  As a staff, we enjoyed a Professional Learning day in which I had the opportunity to work with colleagues to plan an exciting project.

Notes:
  • Remember to send in a cotton t-shirt by May 4.  It is for an art project and will be returned to you in a different form.  Please, don't buy a shirt, rather, find one that doesn't fit anymore or has a nasty stain that you can't get out.  (The "larger" the better I find too.)
  • I am still missing some report card envelopes.  If you could please send those in.

Math - continuing on the Area unit
LA - This week with our pun unit, we will be illustrating some, I can't wait!
Science - a combination of plants and recycling as it is Earth Week.
